Prices and availability are subject to change until ticketed/confirmed by the supplier. Where we provide a quote, we will confirm the final total before you make payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details and ensuring you meet entry requirements (passport validity, visas, vaccinations, etc.). You should review any itinerary and supplier rules sent to you.
3. Third‑party services
Flights, hotels, tours, and visas may be provided by third parties. Their terms and conditions, including change/cancellation rules, apply. We may share necessary details with suppliers to fulfil your request.
4. Payments
Payment methods and timing will be communicated by our team. For some services, full payment may be required before confirmation. Transaction fees (if any) will be disclosed.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including supplier changes, delays, cancellations, or government actions. We will, however, support you to the extent possible to resolve issues with suppliers.
